Dr. Frazier graduated with his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in New York, then completed a family medicine residency at the University of North Dakota. He is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Frazier provides services at the OMHC Rural Health Clinic, and will also spend time serving patients in our Emergency Department.
In his spare time Dr. Frazier enjoys traveling, scuba diving, horseback riding, and many other outdoor activities, all shared with his lovely wife, Brenda.
