Kelsey Scrupps

Kelsey moved to Odessa in 2002 and graduated from Odessa High School. After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University, she married her high school sweetheart. They returned to Odessa to farm and also own a well drilling company which Kelsey manages. They have three children. Kelsey joined the Healthcare Foundation board in 2020. She is also a member of the Auction Committee.
