Bringing caring, quality healthcare to our community.
To bring caring, quality healthcare to our community.
To provide well-rounded, individualized and excellent care to you and your family for generations to come.
We provide safe, timely, equitable care to our patients centered on evidence-based medicine.
We hold ourselves accountable to the highest standard of care.
We demonstrate honesty and humility in all interactions. We say what we know when we know it using language the builds trust and relationships.
We collaboratively work together to care for each other, our patients and our community.
Make the extra effort to reach across lines and work together throughout all departments of OMHC. Be available. With appropriate respect for confidentiality, share information, insights, and experience freely throughout our organization.
Teach and be willing to be taught.
Focus on turning problems into opportunities for improvement. Be willing to step in and help when needed for success. Focus on OUR results.
Always assume positive intent. Be willing to agree to disagree. Say what you mean, and be willing to ask questions, share ideas, or raise issues. Immediately address conflicts, deliver tough messages and have difficult conversations.
Resolve issues with those who are involved or affected.
Do what you say you’re going to do, when you say you’re going to do it. Including being on time for phone calls, appointments, and meetings. If a commitment can’t be fulfilled, notify others early and agree on a new timeline.
Set clear expectations upfront. Always ask for clarity when you are not clear. Be willing to explain in a different manner.
Be open to other people’s diverse perspectives and ideas, regardless of title, level, tenure, experience or viewpoint. Always treat one another with respect and dignity.
Above all, listen to understand. Listening is more than simply “not speaking” Stay curious and ask thoughtful questions and listen intently to the answers.
Be real. Be transparent to others. Vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness. Be humble, own up to your own mistakes, and extend grace to others.
Be open and willing to explore new ideas. Continuously improve. What got us here may not get us where we need to go.
Use your Time off to refresh and recharge. To give your best, you must be at your best, keep your health and wellness in mind. Protect OMHC’s most valuable resource… YOU!
While our passion for excellence is real and we know work can be challenging, keep a balanced perspective. Laugh, smile and enjoy the ride. Recognize and celebrate each other’s successes big and small. Regularly extend meaningful acknowledgement and appreciation to yourself and others.
