Golf Tournament

The OMHC Foundation “Fun Squad’
is excited to host a special golf tournament event
benefitting the youth of Odessa!

Platinum:
$600 includes signs on two holes, four golf cooler bags, name on shirt

Gold:
$350 signs on two holes, name on shirt

Silver:
$300 signs on one hole, name on shirt

Team Only:
$400 for a team of 4 golfers

Individual Registration:
$100 per golfer
