Quail Court opened in March of 1998.  Twelve units, of which six are wheelchair accessible, are available for residents.  The apartments feature individually controlled gas fireplaces and air conditioner units.  Kitchenettes with small refrigerators and microwave ovens are also provided in the apartments.  However, three meals a day are served in the dining room.  Quail Court has remained at near full occupancy since it's beginning.  A waiting list is kept for those who might wish placement in the future.
